Orders generally ship from our Cleveland, Ohio plant in three to four days from date of order. Special orders or large orders may take longer.

Residential Address Deliveries
For residential addresses, shipment will be unloaded with the tailgate service. The driver will lower the pallet or items to the ground at the end of the truck, but will not move them inside the residence. This service ensures safe curbside delivery of heavy or bulky items.
Service cost: $100, which will be added at checkout.
Commercial Address Deliveries
For commercial addresses, if you have a loading dock, liftgate, or other equipment to unload the cargo, the additional $100 tailgate service fee will not apply.
